✅ Eligible for Return / Replacement
You are eligible for a replacement if:
- The product is damaged during delivery
- You receive a wrong product
- The product has a manufacturing defect
📌 Important:
- You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Clear photos or videos of the issue are required for verification.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom or personalized orders (name, custom quote, custom size)
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
- Minor color variation due to lighting or screen differences
- Change of mind after order confirmation
💸 Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable if replacement is not possible.
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
- Processing time: 5–7 working days after approval.
📌 Cash on Delivery orders:
Refunds will be handled via bank transfer or wallet, as mutually agreed.
🚚 Return Shipping
- If the issue is from our side (damage/wrong item), return shipping is covered by ShehzadaDecor.
- If return is approved for other reasons, shipping charges may apply.
